Provide educational assistance in English, math, reading and writing to improve their academic skills and help them develop a better attitude toward school.  

Mentoring

Our mentoring programs exist to provide role models and help our youth develop socially and emotionally. A mentor will help our youth understand and communicate their feelings, relate to their peers, develop relationships with other adults and to be productive citizens.

Intern

If you are a student in an academic program such as psychology, social work, counseling, special education, human services, you may be eligible to apply for an internship.

Board of Directors

Positive Growth is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which is actively involved in the overall operations and monitoring of the program and serves in an advisory capacity. The Board makes decisions regarding the direction of the program and the selection, hiring, and firing of all personnel. The Board is comprised of community members representing business, education, and human services and the officers shall be elected by the Directors and shall serve for a two- (2) year-term. Volunteers and consultants are utilized to provide a variety of services.
